Founded by experienced professionals from across the telecom and IT industries, our team blends deep technical expertise with hands-on execution. We’ve designed mobile networks from the ground up, launched and operated Infrastructure Operations Centres (IOCs), and helped banks, utilities, telecoms, and startups deliver resilient digital services – all in environments where infrastructure is fragile and downtime is not an option.

What We Do

Telecom & Infrastructure

We design, deploy, and operate carrier-grade mobile and fixed networks – from rural towers and remote island coverage to urban fiber backbones. Our engineers work end-to-end across radio, core, and transport layers, ensuring reliable, high-performance connectivity. We also deliver and support complete OSS/BSS environments – giving operators full control over network operations, service delivery, and billing.

For remote and underserved regions, we integrate Starlink-based connectivity into our infrastructure solutions enabling rapid deployment, low latency, and high uptime where traditional backhaul is unavailable or unreliable.

We also design and operate IPTV and DVB-T2 broadcast platforms for telecom operators – enabling content distribution, digital TV, and value-added media services across both IP and terrestrial networks.

IOC as a Service (NOC + SOC)

Running your own operations centre is costly and complex. Platforma offers IOC as a Service – a fully managed Infrastructure Operations Centre that combines both a Network Operations Centre (NOC) and a Security Operations Centre (SOC) in one streamlined solution.

We manage everything: tools, staff, systems.
